The hiring process can never be underestimated if a church, company, or organization is to be successful. One of the most important tasks a church, company, or organization will ever do to accomplish its purpose is to hire the right people and put them in the right places. When the right people are hired and put in the right places, they join with the team of people already hired to do the following:

It is so important as each department makes hires that the department heads understand just how important every hire is. Communicate consistently to your department heads how critical it is to hire the right people. Much of your success is dependent upon the people you hire. Departments must hire people who will carry of the vision and live out the values and not just fill a position.By hiring people who will join with others in carrying out the vision and living out the values of your church, company, or organization, you are well on your way to success. You have hired for success!
